J.L. Sonny Williams president
Momentum co-owner J.L. Sonny Williams holds top leadership positions in both civic and business organizations. As the past president and COO of Minyard Food Stores, Inc. he directed a multi-division company with over 6,000 employees and annual revenues of over $950 million. He has a minority ownership in the Dallas Mavericks NBA basketball team. Sonny serves on the Board of Directors of the Baylor Hospital Foundation, the SMU Athletic Forum, the State Fair of Texas board and the Board of Directors of his alma mater-Dallas Baptist University.

Gretchen Minyard Williams

Recognized as a top Dallas business and civic leader, Momentum co-owner Gretchen Minyard Williams, is the past co-chairman of the board and co-CEO of Minyard Food Stores, Inc. She currently serves on many civic boards including the Baylor University Medical Center Board of Trustees, co-chairman of Leukemia Texas and a member of the Board of Directors of Marketplace Ministries Inc. and Bryan’s House. Gretchen is also a member of the Crystal Charity Ball Committee and a graduate of Texas Christian University.

Randy Shuffield vice president
Randy Shuffield, vice president of Momentum Advertising and Communications has an extensive background in marketing and advertising initiatives, creative strageties, staff leadership and development, and project oversite. He also has direct experience in integrated media campaigns, media production, collateral, public relations and copywriting. Randy is the past senior vice-president of advertising for Minyard Food Stores, Inc. and is a graduate of Texas Tech University.

Charlie Burns creative director
Charlie Burns brings over 38 years of experience to Momentum Advertising and Communications with expertise in the areas of strategy planning, creative development, sales promotions, event planning, and advertising initiatives. Charlie served as senior vice-president of marketing for Minyard Food Stores, Inc. and oversaw the marketing and advertising direction for the company.


Christy Hall

Christy Hall has over 20 years of marketing experience, including her most recent tenure of 12 years at Southwest Airlines as Director of Sports Marketing and Licensing. She has extensive experience in creating and implementing strategic marketing initiatives, national and local promotions and events, co-branded partnership programs, and corporate merchandise programs. Christy is a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin.

 

Kelly Salter graphic designer/ production supervisor
Kelly Salter has over 25 years experience as a graphic artist and designer. She has held positions at newspapers in Oklahoma and North Central Texas. Most recently as production supervisor for Minyard Food Stores, Inc. Kelly directed the graphic arts staff along with managing print production, collateral development, and print placement along with creative development. She is accomplished in QuarkXPress, Abode InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator software
